productivity is simply the desire we have to be able to work or do something physically or psychologically strenuous
I recently discovered that there are several ways to become more productive and I wanted to list the main ones in this article
this is a scientifically proven technique that is based on how much we humans are able to keep focus, in fact this technique is based on work sessions with breaks from one to another to rest
there are several but mainly we have the 25 5, i.e. every 25 minutes of work you have 5 minutes of break, this for 3/4/5/6 even more hours

this as you can understand is simply a list of things to do during the day, many prepare it the morning of the day itself, others the night before, others the week before, in short, you decide how to plan
there are many programs that will help you make a to do list, like for those who have apple, notes.
who would have android notes here too,
while those with windows can use the calendar or a microsoft application called “To do List”
not everyone loves music, but trust that if you choose a right playlist to work it will help you tremendously
